They provide mobile data and Fixed LTE data at affordable prices. The beauty is that their service can be configured on an app. There is no fixed contract and the app ensures that you can amend, top-up, upgrade or cancel any contract. Their service is very good and any deviation can be reported through the app. I can recommend them!

Since moving from Telkom to Afrihost, I have only had 2 issues, both were related to Openserv's infrastructure and as such not the fault of my ISP, Afrihost. None-the-less, in both instances my queries were replied to quickly and satisfactory. Great job guys, keep it up. It will take a hell of a lot for anyone to convince me to use another ISP. I am an internet power user, playing online games, while streaming my gameplay live to various platforms. I am also a webdev/graphic designer who works remotely and since moving to Afrihost, I have never been dissatisfied.

My experience with Afrihost has been stellar for the most part. I do remember a few hiccups where I had to get their attention on Twitter, but having had the worst possible customer experience at another ISP recently, I realised that Afrihost is on another level. Keep it up.

I've used Afrihost since I first managed to get ADSL in our area years back, and then upgraded when fibre became available. Throughout that time, upgrading / downgrading / topping up / support / queries / fault reporting / new services , have all been super easy and painless. You don't feel like a helpless pleb in a big machine, but rather in control of your choices. Thank you Gian ( a marketing genius if ever I saw one)
