I have been with Afrihost for over 6 years. I have used them both on site and telephonically. Now the new one is via WhatsApp and I have only had excellent service with them. There operators are friendly and make you feel part of the Afrihost family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My mobile wi-fi works perfectly and so does my email and all my domains work well as well. So I kind of have numerous products of theirs. Give them a try as I would use them again and again. I woke up to a connection issue this morning and spoke to an Afrihost agent around 8am I went away and got back to my office at around 12 at which time I spoke with another agent. We reset the modem and they did their magic on that side and presto I’m online again. Thank you.
